Cancellation and refund policy for online courses
You are entitled to a full refund of the course fee if you cancel the reservation within ten calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course.
Cancellations and refunds outside the circumstances mentioned above and/or after the 10-day cancellation period are subject to the terms and restrictions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. To avoid confusion, the cancellation time will expire ten days following the Order Confirmation date.
If you have explicitly agreed differently, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the first transaction unless you have consented. In any case, you will pay no expenses due to receiving this compensation.
If you begin using our services within the cancellation period (i.e., if the course starts during the 10-day cancellation period) and/or access the course materials using our online course spaces (i.e., through our virtual learning environment), no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Your Nonprofit Agent, LLC
While every effort is made to prevent course changes, Your Nonprofit Agent, LLC has the right to cancel or withdraw any course. If a course is canceled, the entire course cost will be refunded.
